Who We Are
Our team brings together more than two decades of combined experience in executive coaching, organisational psychology, leadership development, and corporate strategy. Every practitioner at River Lantern Yard has been rigorously vetted and holds internationally recognised credentials.
We believe the most impactful coaching comes from coaches who have themselves navigated the pressures of corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and institutional change. Our team members have held senior roles in government, banking, NGOs, and multinational organisations before bringing those insights into our coaching practice.
